About Us
Mike Blackmon - President and managing partner
He has spent the last 20+ years managing service facilities and selling new & aftermarket services for OEM heat exchanger manufacturers (Tranter, APV, etc.). He is very knowledgeable on the inner workings of heat exchanger replacement, troubleshooting, and finding a solution for repair. Before this, he was a certified Tig/SMAW welder installing process systems and managing multimillion-dollar projects for several different manufacturers in the food and beverage industry and repairing rail cars for Phillips Petroleum. He has been married for 18 years, has 3 children. He is a Texas country boy that loves the outdoors especially (hunting, fishing, or golf).
